This is a beautiful irregular shaped raku wall piece measuring approximately 20 1/2" L X 10" W. It hangs like a painting and is designed to stand away from the wall about 1/2" for an extra dynamic. The surface is faux rock and has a stylized horse with embellished spiral. This particular horse, called a "Guardian" is in honor of my first horse who took good care of me when I was a young girl and inexperienced rider...she'd wait for me when I fell off!

Made to simulate a slab of stone, this piece measures approximately 34" L (including fringe) X 22" wide and has a rich "faux rock" surface accented with one of a kind glossy raku coloration. The two rearing stallions, facing off as they do and will in the wild, is the reason for the title "The Challenge". The horse images were originally drawn and highly stylized by the artist and are inspired by her lifelong love of horses. The fringe is comprised of mixed fibers, colors and textures the artist felt best compliments the piece. Included in the fringe are three metal feathers: one turquoise/copper colored and two on either side which are a bronze finish. Also accenting the fringe are strands of turquoise and glass beads. The fringe is best kept dust free with the use of compressed air and the artist highly recommends the same cannister type used for cleaning computer keyboards. Works great! Measuring approximately 28 1/2" L (with fringe) X 17 1/2" W, this wall piece makes a unique statement in any home or office setting. It's a glossy golden, coppery raku finish accented by contrasting and coordinating fibers in the fringework. The elk image is accomplished by a resist technique and it hang like a painting from the back. As with all of my wall pieces, it reads as "sculpture for the wall".

This is a NEW and very unique raku wall clock designed with the wine lover in mind! It measures approximately 18" L X 11" W and is designed in such a way that it stands out from the wall approx. 3/4-1" for an additional dynamic. The clock positions of noon, three, six and nine have a grape/grape leaf bas relief addition which was hand sculpted originally by the artist (see detail pic following). Gorgeous with splashy raku coloration, this piece measures approximately 10 1/2 L X 15 1/2" W and would make quite the statement on the wall of any home or office! Lynne used two different glazes on this piece: the base glaze is a blue matte and the copper drip areas are a glossier raku glaze. Following the basic glaze applications, the glossier glaze was then "spattered" overall for visual texture. It's a beautiful piece! Domed in the center, it is contrasted by the curved, organic edges which give it a very sculptural feel. It hangs easily by use of the two rawhide loops on either side. This is a beautiful mixed media piece measuring approximately 29" L (with fringe) X 16 1/4" wide. The surface of the piece is "faux rock" to simulate the surface of a cave wall and there are three impressions of horses inspired by the cave paintings of Lascaux, France. The artist originally hand sculpted the horses, bisque fired them & uses them for her own original imagry. In addition, there is also an impressed image of a "spiral hand" shown in detail pics following. The glossy coloration of this piece is quite beautiful, ranging from golden, green, blue and copper luster hues. Unlike copper metal, this copper coloration will not tarnish! The mixed media in the diagonally cut fringe is comprised of various fibers which the artist grouped together-both texture and colorwise- to best accent the wall piece. Titled "Into the Light", this piece measures 5 ' W X 3' L (to bottom of fringe) and is quite simply gorgeous. It shows a herd of stylized horses running toward bright light.....the lead horse being a firey copper. The surfaces of the three pieces are faux rock which, along with the coppery raku finish, gives it an interesting blend of rustic/ancient/contemporary. It is fringed with mixed fibers chosen to complement the colors and has copper wire spirals, turquoise/copper color metal feathers and strands of turquoise nuggets and beads.
It is wired from the back to hang like a painting and is easily hung using standard picture hanging wire. This piece will surely be a great accent to home or place of business.
