Approx. 9" H X 15" W, this is a raku piece with great visual rhythm. Glazed with two different raku glazes for contrast, the exterior is a matte raku with coloration ranging from frosty blue to fuscia to copper. The interior glaze is glossy raku which fired out to beautiful copper/fuscia tones.. These forms are enjoyed by many for its sculptural element while others utilize it as the base for a floral arrangement (see "for your info" tab to see this application).
