Approx. 27" H X 13 1/2" wide, this beautiful sculptural raku wall piece will be a stunning addition to any home or office setting. It is wired from the back to hang like a painting and, while it is a large piece, it hangs easily with standard picture hanging hardware. It is glazed in a raku gloss glaze and it has mostly copper with blushes of other colors as seen in pics. The Guardian Horses are so named in honor of my first horse who would faithfully wait for me after I fell off numerous times while learning to ride bareback as a youngster! The horses are regal and stately in appearance and celebrate my love of horses. Another pic follows showing horses (embellished with pieces of jasper) close up.
